1. Sourcing & Species Selection

We carefully select species from Africa’s most diverse and sustainably managed forests, focusing on durability, grain quality, density, and suitability for your project. Each species is verified for origin and compliance with international timber trade regulations, so you receive logs and timber of guaranteed provenance and superior quality.

2. Precision Processing & Custom Dimensions

Once sourced, logs are processed in our dedicated facilities with precision cutting, custom-dimension sawing, and tight tolerances on size, thickness, moisture content, and finish. We treat each order individually, tailoring to your exact specifications to support manufacturing, furniture, flooring, or construction needs.

3. Grading & Quality Control

We apply strict grading protocols—both visual and structural—to guarantee that products comply with the grade specification appropriate for each species and application. Our inspections include process control (monitoring procedures and equipment) and product checking (testing output to verify that dimensions, strength, moisture content, and appearance meet specifications).
For exceptional projects, we also undertake advanced tests and audits to ensure optimal performance.

4. Moisture, Finish & Appearance Standards

Our timber is processed and dried under controlled conditions to achieve consistent moisture levels, reducing the risk of warping, splitting, or shrinkage. When appearance is critical—such as furniture or high-end flooring applications—we apply tighter controls on colour consistency, grain pattern, and finishing for a premium result.

5. Export-Ready Packaging & Documentation

Quality doesn’t end in the mill—it continues through packing, labelling, and logistics. Each shipment is securely packaged, clearly labelled, and includes all required documentation: origin certificates, phytosanitary certificates, grading reports, packing lists, and export compliance forms.
